Common examples of focus of small group sessions are: stress reduction, relaxation, reducing and managing anxiety, improved self-esteem and self-worth, weight reduction, healthy eating, smoking cessation, and reducing alcohol use.
Hypnosis Regression Session or Past Life Regression: 75 – 90 minutes, $100.00.
